Purchased a Samsung over the range microwave oven. Brought it home, and it was missing parts. Called Vladimir Gavrilovski, the store manager who told me to go to HomeDepot to look for the parts since they didnt have any parts at the store.
After I couldnt find the parts, i called back he told me he cant do anything about it - basically good luck to you.
Then I called back and spoke to the person who sold it to me in the first place, he said bring it back and we will refund you.
The next day I brought it back, and Vladimir Gavrilovski was there and said we can only refund you by personal cheque, and not for full amount. I said ok, at least that will be better then not having a microwave or any money...so then he laughed and said it will take 3 weeks and we will mail it to you.
At this point I asked why? He told me that i should call samsung and he doesnt care...again stating that its my problem and not his.
He said there is no refund policy, no money back, and no service for your problems...once you buy and leave...its your problem - again being very rude and laughing.
