I would not recommend anyone buying from this shady theiving company. They guarantee delivery in 7 to 10 days. B.s.they took 2weeks and never even called,I had to call them to see what was going on. After being only 34 days late on a payment. Then I they sat some our personal belongings on our lawn and simply stole the rest in an extortion attempt for money or ransom as I see it. Only owed 153 payment and they wanted 1,350 dollar's to bring building back. I was forced to call local police then the local sheriff's office who ultimately set the would be thief's straight and told them they had to give me my stuff back without payment.
Well as u can imagine Dave shady porter did not like that I did call the sheriff's department on him. I did get all my belongings back though they did break some of my stuff in they're mid day burglary.
Bottom line buyer beware cook portable warehouses are nothing more than petty thieves. Truly sad the day we live in and this behavior is accepted. Definitely the most shitty business I've ever dealt with or encountered. Keep your money do not support these thieves and become a victim like myself.

Last year I signed up to rent to own a Portable ware house from cook at theie out let here In jacksonville florida. I had made my payments been charged extra fees for paying over the phone using a credit card. Then In December I was hospitilized for phenumo and was out of work for a month. IThey sent their driver to repo my building I made a payment in front of the driver and the sales lady said that they would debit my account another 185.00 next pay period that would make me current. This 3 weeks ago. Then today I get a mail notice as of 2/10/15 my account is in default and they are sending a driver to repo the building. This not right nor is it fair something needs to be done to these people. This is no way to conduct a business.
I work for Sam's club here In Jax and been there 8 years they are ripping me off here can you please help.
