The Cook County Recorder, Karen A. Yarbrough, custodian of records, is in receipt of Hundreds, Thousands of dollars her office received from customers who recorded "EL" Moorish National documents with this agency. Moorish American Nationals were charged at least $50.00 or more $$$ to record their documents. Our documents were important to us just as any other customer who pay cash to record their documents for public notice.
Karen A. Yarbrough and one of her staff attorneys Wendy Holderman, have shown that they are dishonest, unprofessional and have discriminated against "EL" Moorish Nationals. They knowingly and intentionally concealed our documents from a public "grantor/grantee" criteria name search. However, their office properly indexed "Bey" Moorish Nationals documents for public search and view by "grantor/grantee criteria name search. It is also searchable for other customers by the same.
I wrote their office and asked them to search my name that bares "EL", their response was that they did not find any document. They asked that I provided my recording document number. I knew at that moment that my document was not available for public view, which I paid for just like other recording customers.
It is apparent to several aware Moorish Nationals in Chicago and the South Suburbs who's paid to have their important documents recorded that the recorder and her staff have improperly indexed, and concelaed our documents from not only the public, but also governmental agencies that may need to verify it's existence.
The Recorder has demonstrated a "Pattern" of conspiracy, a pattern of act of bad faith in defrauding "EL" Moorish Nationals, and not providing the same service it provides to it's general public customers.
"EL" Moorish Nationals are in possession of their documents and receipts as proof that we paid the Recorder's office for their poor inadequate, indifferent, prejudice and fraudulent services.
Karen A. Yarbrough has violated the public's trust, and is a disgrace to people who elected her into office. I'm happy to say, we didn't. the Register, Custodian of Cook County Recorder's Office is in DISHONOR !
