Contract Cloud, Inc. CEO & Founder Paul Vacquier and his wife Maggie Mckaig Vacquier. Paul Vacquier is the CEO & Founder of a company called Contract Cloud, Inc., when I found this out I felt compelled to make a review of the companies CEO Paul Vacquier and also of his wife Maggie Mckaig Vacquier, since in my opinion a wife is a reflection of her husband, so I wanted the public to hear my story and make up their own mind of what type of CEO they'd be dealing with if they decide to do business with Contract Cloud, Inc.
Paul Vacquier and his wife Maggie Mckaig Vacquier sent me a $300.00 deposit to purchase a puppy from me. On 05/23/15 Paul Vacquier and his wife Maggie Mckaig Vacquier arrived at my home to meet my puppies. After spending about 30 minutes at my home looking at my puppies and selecting one which they said they really liked, Paul Vacquier then started trying to make me come down on the price of the puppy. When I wasn't willing to come down on the price, that seemed to really infuriate Paul Vacquier, the tone of his voice was actually starting to scare me a little bit, not to mention I already didn't like how Paul Vacquier and his wife Maggie Mckaig Vacquier were handling my puppies, and I also felt as if they had been dishonest with me regarding their intentions for coming over that day, so I told them I'd send them a refund and asked them to leave my home. After I asked them to leave, Maggie Mckaig Vacquier called me a bi#$@ and she repeated herself again calling me a bitc% for the second time. At that point I feared for my safety and also for the safety of the puppy Maggie Mckaig Vacquier was holding, which she refused to put down even after me asking her repeatedly to put him down and to leave my home. Finally after several attempts to get Maggie to put down my puppy and for them to leave my home, the threat of calling the police must have worked, because they finally left after that.
The very next day on 05/24/15 an anonymous complaint was sent to the ASPCA. The ASPCA officer "Officer Wilson" who came to our home on 05/30/2015 is the one who told us the complaint was anonymously sent to the ASPCA on 05/24/15, he also told us what was written in the complaint. Officer Wilson inspected our home, kennel and puppies and told us that he'd be making a report stating that there was no truth to the complaint. The complaint according to Officer Wilson, stated that our puppies paws and toes were injured and they didn't have any shelter. Officer Wilson stayed for a while after his inspection talking to my husband about various different things, one of them was in regards to his strong interest in purchasing one of our puppies for his mother, so I think that right there is a testament to the condition of my puppies and their environment. On the Wednesday prior to the ASPCA coming over one of my customers contacted me to tell me that someone she knows, a wife of her husband's co-worker, had contacted her to ask her where she purchased her dogs from, if they were from me, she also sent my customer a link to a complaint on this website that was made about my dogs back in 2013. My customer also told me that the lady who contacted her had also told her, that Maggie Mckaig Vacquier is her Pilate's instructor and that Maggie was telling her and everyone else at a Pilate's class she was teaching, that I was a Puppy Mill and that my puppies paws and toes were injured and they didn't have any shelter, which just so happens to be the exact same claims made in the anonymous ASPCA complaint, which also just so happens to have been sent to the ASPCA the day right after I refused to sell Maggie Mckaig Vacquier and her husband Paul Vacquier a puppy.
The FALSE complaint sent to the ASPCA is very similar to the complaint on this website that was made back in 2013, so what I think happened was that Maggie and or Paul decided to go off of the complaint on this website and repeat something very similar to it in the complaint which I believe one of them or both of them wrote and sent anonymously to the ASPCA. The complaint on this website was written back in 2013 and it was regarding a puppy I had shipped to someone that claimed it was missing a toe, but in actuality the puppy wasn't really missing a toe and that matter was resolved way back in 2013. So in my opinion I think Maggie used the complaint on this website to try to validate her claims to the people she was gossiping about me to at her Pilate's class, because the lady that contacted my customer, whom is also a client of Maggie's, whom also sent a link to the complaint on this website to my customer, told my customer that Maggie was the one who showed her the complaint on this website and provided her with the link to it, so anyone should be able to put 2 + 2 together and figure out who is the more than likely candidate or candidates for making up the anonymous complaint to the ASPCA.
I almost forgot to mention that the ASPCA officer also pointed out to my husband and I, that whomever made the complaint had to have come to my home in person very recently, because they described us and our home in great detail right down to the colors of our hair and our weight, the person that wrote the complaint on this website back in 2013 never came to my home and never met us, they were out of state and I shipped their puppy to them, so there's no way they could have written it. I don't allow anyone over to see my puppies without them making a $300.00 deposit first and the ONLY people that have seen my puppies recently and have not purchased one and the ONLY people that have left my house angry recently are Paul Vacquier and Maggie Mckaig Vacquier. Someone that didn't come to my home recently couldn't have written the complaint, because my husband just recently lost a lot of weight and I just changed my hair color a month ago, and I VERY highly doubt someone that recently purchased a puppy from me would have written the complaint, because then why would they have purchased the puppy to begin with if they thought my puppies toes were injured and we were a Puppy Mill, and none of my recent customers are upset with me that they'd want to make something like that up to purposely harm my business, so I think the answer to the question of who wrote the false complaint to the ASPCA couldn't be more obvious.
Maggie Mckaig Vacquier knew that her client's husband works with my client's husband, so I can only assume that she told those lies to her client and to the other people present at the time, so it would get back to me and obviously she knew it would hurt my business by telling people those lies, people which I'm sure she knew could possibly be my customers or future potential customers. In my opinion those are the actions of a deeply disturbed individual. In my opinion both Maggie and her husband Paul are both deeply disturbed individuals! I'm basing my opinion by their actions in my home and as previously mentioned also by Maggie's actions at her place of work, plus I also believe that one of them or both of them sent that anonymous false complaint to the ASPCA.
I can't prove it, because the complaint to the ASPCA was sent to them anonymously, but like I said anyone should be able to put 2 + 2 together and come up with the obvious conclusion. Anyone that would go out of their way to make up a false complaint to the ASPCA for the sole purpose of harming that person's business has to be VERY DEEPLY DISTURBED! The day that the ASPCA officer came to my home, right before he arrived an animal control officer had just left my home after performing their yearly surprise inspection. Every year we are inspected by Animal Care and Control and so far we've always received an A after the inspections. The inspections are done without any prior notice, so there's no way we can "prepare" for them when we have no idea when they're coming to inspect us.
So if you were wondering if the complaint could have any truth to it, we just received an A from Animal Care and Control and the ASPCA officer did his own inspection and concluded that there wasn't any truth to the complaint, plus the ASPCA officer even mentioned he wanted to possibly purchase one of our puppies for his mother, so obviously there's no truth to the complaint. After all this happened I found out that Paul Vacquier is an attorney, so of course I was completely shocked, I can't imagine being one of his clients, how scary would that be, so I felt compelled to share my experience with Paul and his wife Maggie, which has been a very traumatic experience to say the very least!
