Content Blvd (www.contenblvd.com) is a scam company that offers to "Make Content Placement Easy" and does so by ripping off vendors for time, money and ideas. I'm a YouTube producer and they ordered a dozen videos from me and then told me that "Their Business Model Didn't Include Paying for Content at this Time."
WTF???
That's $50,000 worth of content and they wanted me to give it to them. Michelle Pennick was my contact and safe to say she's bat s*** crazy.
