Refunds are available, but their website doesn't make this clear when cancelling! Under the FAQ section for Cancellation (ConsumerReports.org Subscribers), it states "For monthly subscriptions, no refunds are issued. For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund will be issued." When trying to cancel my Annual online subscription, the options were to cancel completely or stop the auto-renewal. The problem is that when you try to cancel, it sounds like there will not be a refund issued. The website implies that you will still pay the annual subscription and will lose access for the year. Then, if you stop the auto-renewal, you are unable to then go back and cancel the subscription. I called the Online Subscription Department and they were argumentative with me, but I am supposed to see a full refund... We'll see!
