my company hired conrad companies to do our accounts recievables, since the very first month we had trouble with them confusing our clients and charging them wrong amounts and giving the wrong balances.... this went on for about 4 months when I decided that we could not work with them any longer. We gave them written notice and it was agreed that it was a mutual split. At that point they had over 20 thousand dollars of our money that they would not give back to us.
We were told that they would give it back to us in incrimints over the next 6 months. When we asked for the scheduale of payouts they sent us something that did not make any sense. We called them numerous times to get someone to explain it to us and no one was ever available. The one time we actually spoke to someone in that department, they told us they did not understand why money was being held back in that matter and couldnt justify the secret charges that we were being charged and assured us that the manager would be reaching out to us to explain.
That never happened, we are 2 months into when we are supposed to get our payouts and have still not recieved a check. Our calls go unanswered and no one seems to want to give us the time of day. They are still holding my $20,000.00 hostage. I have contacted the BBB of which the are NOT associated, and filed a report, and I will also be contacting the Attorney General in California to file a complaint.
These people treat you like gold when you first meet with them and give them your money, but when it comes down to doing what they were supposed to do, they failed, and now they have alot of my money and have no answer for me as to when I will be getting it back. Do NOT do business with this company..... they are shady and will hold your money hostage.
