I came to know this car dealer salesman by another person. I went to them looking to buy a truck. On April 04 2015. Left a deposit of $1500.00 for the salesmen to begin business of getting a truck for my business. Mr Nathan is the person I was communicated with. He suggested from a meeting with him in March to give him this amount to start the search.
After holding my money in escrow for the month. I called to find there was no success in locating the truck I need. Mr Nathan invited me over on June 04,2015 to talk about what type of truck I really needed he said over the phone.
Upon my arrival and speaking to him shortly. Mr Nathan shows me a Cadillac escalate. He request I should take this vehicle and try it for an imperceptible time.
Yet after Mr Nathan did not locate the truck he promised in one month.
No return calls.
On June 03,2014 when Mr Nathan return from his vacation. He disables the vehicle.
On June 04,2015 I made a call to Mr Nathan office to find he was in the office all the time.
Also I found he never looked for the truck. I request my money back because he never looked for a truck for me.
After reading the deceptive trade practice act. This case is just that.
Mr Nathan made himself unavailable for one month.
Return to disable the vehicle and try and take my money.
This is so wrong. He should give me my money.
Why because. He told me if I was unable to use the vehicle bring it back. He would give me my money back. Had he made his self available the first week of this transition. This would have not taken so long.
I have at least eight witnesses I did not drive the vehicle past the trail stage. Beyond the point ask by Mr Nathan. Before he came up missing for a month.
