Okay, so I get mail from these clowns called Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc, stating that I owe $1,366.00 to some company called Haddon Emergency Physicians. They stated their "partner" Pendrick Capital Partners have allowed them to "cut me a break" on my so-called bill if I acted within 45 days. Now mind you the letter was dated May 1st 2015 and I received it on May 7th. I sternly refused their offer in a letter and disputed this ridiclous bill on May 15th 2015, via certified mail. They received it on the 19th and I have the return receipt. I figure these clowns would just go move on and pick on some other unsuspecting target. But no!! These jackasses report this account that I have no clue about to Equifax on May 17th!!! WHAT????? They probably figured they'd just bully some nice elderly lady into being extorted. But "au contraire mon frere!" I IMMEDIATELY filed suit, contacted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, The Better Business Bureau AND the PA State Attorney Generals Office and filed a complaint. There is only one way to deal with crooks like this and thats to go after them with the same tenacity that they go after people. They had no regard for state, federal or moral law. I know I cant be the only one who has been victimized by this outfit. If not, let me know.
