After multiple calls from Richard Coxon, I was persuaded and made an agreement for his company to developed my online website store, that was a year ago. Charges was made on my account for the fulll payment, the development was a slow process as I am not a computer wizard. Can't remember the full packaged I signed up but I am sure that the website security, and payment type/options was included with the packaged. I was not told that the system they're using to build the site was there own program. I found it out the hard way when I tried to do some update and had difficulty. I consulted people with ample background in computer and asked for assistance and was told to go somewhere else. Calling for Commerce Rocket support will test someones patience. COMMERCE ROCKET wants the fulll control of your business and if they see an avenue of opportunity they will seized it for a fee, that's there business plan. They'll say "YES" to everything at first.
With the agreement that I made, I was very specific with "SECURITY" as I want to protect personal information. To this date, my website has a lock symbol indicating that is is secured, "NOT". Also has the logo of credit cards, paypal, as a form of payment, "what a joke". Just spoke to Jonathan today from Commerce Rocket and I was surprised when he stated that there's no such thing as security in the internet.
The company charged my account for website management "SEO" when the site is not even officially launched, WOW!!!! I requested the reversal of charges, and they bluntly said "NO". I wonder what kind of maintenance activity they've done on my site??? Today, I request cancellation of any business activity with this company. Let's see if there will be charges in the future.

Warning! Stay away from Commerce Rocket and Doba.
Both companies work together and will rip you off.
Commerce Rocket sells people the dream of making money with help of their SEO tools and consulting.
When they do sales pitches on the phone, they don't tell you the amount you pay is monthly so you think it's a onetime fee.
Then it's not until they've got your money a couple times over that you notice they tricked you.
Then Commerce Rocket will claim they have the call recorded to hold you hostage to whatever you agreed to by phone.
Of course who can remember phone calls and what was said.
Doba offers products or website with products. They sometimes call it "a fully stocked website".
Doba products are mostly cheap junk with slim chance of selling.
With both companies, all they care about is getting as many signup fees and monthly fees as they can.
And they don't care who they ripoff to do it.
Do not ever do business with these companies, they will scam you.

Commerce Rocket Issue
The same thing happened to me. Commerce Rocket charged me for SEO when they had not built me a website yet.
I was called by Commerce Rocket given the sales pitch and promises and fell for it.
I thought I was getting the free trial package, but later they said that was for only those who sign up from website.
I was supposed to get a website built and SEO package. After a month I had no service or website yet.
Then again the following month they charged my credit card again and a much higher fee.
They charged my credit card for two months of service and I received nothing from them.
The recurring charge I did not authorize, but they claim they have a recording I did.
They charged me for SEO service and I didn't even have a website yet.
I called to cancel and get my money back and they said no.
They claimed to have done all this work for me, but I had nothing from them. Not even a website.
