We found this company advertised as Evolution. We sent our current statements as requested. The sales rep was very agressive calling us back reporting that he could beat our current processor. I completed the application and get the ball rolling. It took about 3-5 days to start using them.
Our first charge was withdrawn from our checking and I about dropped to the floor when I saw the total. It was more than double of what we previously paid from out other processor. I then called and asked for a statement. They said I could access one online in 5 days. I waited and and when I saw what they charged us for I immediately called their office. I think there has only been one time out of 20 that they answered their phone within 5 minutes.
Their Rep told me that our account would be adjusted to the terms that we agreed on and that we would receive a credit of $855 at the end of the month. I did a followup 30 days later and they seemed confused again but said that credits take 30-45 days. After this I called every other day. After waiting for several minutes, they said they would have a manager call me. This was for the past 2 weeks. This morning I called them to follow up again. Their Rep. said their manager declined my credit. Today is September 30th.
I wouls use EXTREME caution when dealing with this company. When I looked them up on the BBB. They had 266 complaints about them. It is scary that a company like this has access to your customers credit card numbers and your bank account.
