As I said previously, Commenity has ignored my efforts to put to rights a difficulty I had with Bealls here in Florida. I pay every bill I receive as soon as it arrives. I am A millionaire. I pay off my Visa bill in full as soon as it arrives (usually @ 1000-3000 per month)! My husband and I each have credit cards for Bealls Department store in Lady Lake, Florida. Unfortunately, I did not realize that we have two different account numbers. I was paying the bill but it went to the wrong account. My bad! I tried to contact Commenity but there was no reply. I wrote three letters and called to no avail! Now they have pretty much ruined my credit rating and I am really angry about that! I hope you can be of assistance in this matter,
They basically harassed me 4 or more times a day, when I had worked out payment plans for things. I had one call me and the due date was another 4 days away. It got bad to where I simply sent mails to the store card that Comenity was the bank for and even they agreed it was out of hand and when they didn't get answered, they went higher up.
You know, with all due respect, if the store people themselves say its out of hand, & you're working with them & they go back on the bank, its bad.
