I am unable to receive any phone support related to this claim. At this point, the company is falsely claiming debt owed to a company I have no knowledge of.
Collect Pros sent me a letter to attempt to collect a debt. It is for $365.75 and is for US Weekly Magazine. The payment due date is 30 days of receipt. They want a check or money order sent.
I do not and have never received US Weekly Magazine. Never tried to. I am not interested.
This is an attempt to get money from me and nothing else. I will not be responding to this letter.
I received a letter in the mail today saying i owe $365.75 on us weekly magazines which i have never ordered nor did i receive i have tried contacting the company by phone and all i get is a recording i got online to dispute this because it is irritating and ridiculous. This has to be a scam but i dont want it to affect my credit.
It appears i am another recipient of a fradulent attempt from collect pros to collect a charge for us weekly magazine, which i never ordered, never wanted and never received. I did not fall for it and have not sent them the check or money order they requested
The charge was for $332.50 for us weekly magazine, and stated that "unless you notify us within 30 days after your receipt of this letter that the validity of this debt, or any portion of it, is disputed, we will assume the debt is valid. If you notify us in writing of """"""we will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment, if any, and mail it to you.
I looked on the internet and collect pros did appear on the search. But several reports that this was a fraud also showed up.
I am very pissed off about this considering when I called to resolve in I got a middle easterner that I couldn't understand. I told them it was a scam and she kept saying "no scam if it were scam you couldn't talk to me" "send me check and this go away"
This is a scam and I am calling the FCC and every other federal agency that will hammer these terrorist funding scam artist.

I have never read the US Weekly magazine let alone subscribed to one. I googled Collect Pros and saw that it is a scam which led me here. I then saw that a lot of people posted that they received this same mail today.
Received letter from Collect Pros on 4/7/15, stating I owed $29.99 plus $4.95 for shipping and handling. If didn't pay by 5/3/15 the amount jumped to $54.94 . I racked my brain, never ordered anything and did not know what "Elite Coupon Deals" is?
I went to their website..asking what this was in reference to etc, never received response. called Carson City NV information for a local phone#,as noprompts on 800# to speak with agent.
i paid amount 5/1/1with credit card, then called my credit card co., told him I didn't feel comfortable they having security code on back..so we cancelled credit card, new card wb sent...the amount due wb paid..no access after.
I am furious, know somehow I was duped...stop these people is probably impossible, I shouldn't have caved!
Ty for listening, wish I had found your site, and read George's comment lst as feel confident quite a few people probably received same letter.
If you do not owe the debt they claim, do not send these people ANY information or send them money that you do not owe. Instead, immediately send a letter to Collect Pros (without giving them any additional information) stating they you "DISPUTE THE VALIDITY OF THE DEBT". Include a copy of their letter, and include their "Reference Number" in your text. Do this instead of giving them ANY additional information, including your return address.

I recieved a letter from Collect Pros telling me I have to pay $29.99 plus shipping $4.95 before 5/03/2015 or they will add a collection fee of $20.00. I have never heard of Elite Coupon deals till I looked it up. Could not get through to anyone to explain I have never recieved a Well Fitness Magazine. What do I do to solve this problem?
I have received a letter from Collect Pros saying it's an attempt to close my account. supposedly I owe $79. 95 dollars . And if don't pay that by May 03, 2015 I'm going to have to pay $99.95. Because there is $20.00 dollars collection fee.
Of course I'm disputing this. How do I owed $79.95 for some free trial I didn't even get. and have no recollection getting anything. And when you call to see what this letter is about, the only thing you get is a machine you can even talk to nobody. Last but not least all the machine wants is for you to make a payment.
Trying to collect $29.99 plus $4.95 in shipping for $34.94 on a product called elite coupon deals. Looks like several people have received this same thing!
I received a collection notice from Collect Pros for a product called Pure Garcinia for $79.95 I tried calling the 800 number and only received recordings and wanting only my cc #.
I tried emailing them at www. collect pros and it bounces. Has anyone else had this company contact them? Really?
My wife received a letter asking for payment for products. After a little research it seems the supposed product was a dubious health supplement. She has no knowledge of ever hearing of the product. The product listed was "Elite Coupon Deals" With and internet search we found "Elite Coupon Deals" and a product listed for $29.99. This was the price listed in letter from Collect Pros.
We searched all of our electonic records and could not find nothing related to "Elite Coupon Deals." Our conclusion is that my wife never made the order that they are trying to collect.
I received notice of payment overdue of $29.99 plus $4.95 shipping and handling for products never ordered. According to paper it lists Product as Elite Coupon Deals. If not paid by 5/3/2015 paper states total will be $54.94. I never ordered any products under this product namr!
I just received a letter from this company "Collect PROS" stating that I owed $79.95 for Prodct: Mango Cleanse that i have purchased. As far as I know, never heard of that product nor purchasing anything of sort. They're claiming if I don't pay it by 05/03/2015, a collection fee of $20 will be added which will make it $99.95 due.
I feel like this is a scam, would like for you guys to research this. I have never heard of that product, never purchased nor used it.
I ordered Garcinia via free promotion, pay only shipping. When credit card bill came in, only shipping was listed. Next month, same day, both another bottle of Gardinia and credit card bill came in. Was billed twice $79.95, hence billing me for the free bottle and second.
I returned the second bottle, package unopened, to RETURN TO SENDER. Contacted my credit card holder.
I have paid $79.95 once, plus the shipping for both, returned the product sent the second time, so should not owe anyone anything, but should be credited the $79.95 for my "free" bottle.
I received a letter in my mail box on April 6, 2015. The letter was addressed to me, but they used my previous last name. I have been married since November of 2013.
The letter stated, "This is an attempt to close your account". I never ordered anything online or via phone. I was told in the letter, that it was a courtesy to collect the past due amount of $79.95 for a product called Pure Garcinia. I tried calling the number listed, but could not get a person on the phone, instead a recording answered, then hung up on me.
I became troubled and concerned. I did not order this product and do not understand why i am being billed for it.
My daughter received a letter that she had an overdue balance payable to "Elite Coupon Deals" in the amount of $29.99 plus $4.95 shipping and handling; total amount due $34.94. Balance is due to Collect Pros before 5/3/15. After that date, balance due is $54.94. Have never had any business with Elite Coupon Deals; cannot even find this company on the internet. Clearly, Collect Pros are a rip-off and trying to steal money from people with threats of ruining their credit.
We received a letter dated April 3, 2015 from a company called "Collect Pros." The letter stated we owed Elite Coupon Deals $29.99 plus $4.95 Shipping and Handling for a total of $34.95. There is no number or website available for Elite Coupon Deals so they could not be contacted. When you call 800-305-3404 listed for Collect Pros, you are only offered options to pay the so called debt. You are not given an option to speak with anyone in connection with the debt. I submitted a request to receive a phone call on the website listed at collectpros.com, and I am sure I will not receive a return call. I did not order anythiing from Elite Coupon Deals. As a matter of fact, I have no clue what it is. I need your assistance.
I received an URGENT NOTICE from Collect Pros. They indicated that I had a past-due account with Vita Cream totalling $99.95. A trial jar of Vita Cream was initially received, but the program was immediately cancelled.
Vita Cream was notified of the cancellation and informed that monthly payments were not to be withdrawn from my checking account via their sign up web site(the only way I could find to reach them). They complied to this, however the jars continued to be shipped to me. Each jar was returned via mail in the original box, marked REFUSED. This nuisance continued for approximately six months.
Unable to locate a reference for them on the Internet, I used a high-powered magnifying glass to read a phone number on the jar's label. On March 2, 2015, Vita Cream was reached and Allyson(employee) updated the account so that the shipments would cease. She provided a Cancellation Code: AA0302.
Considering the trial was recieved, cancelled, and nothing billed/payed in the past, how can there be a past-due amount?
Collect Pros is a rip-off and Vita Cream seems to condone them!
I did not order anything called Mango Cleanse. I will report you to the BBB and get a lawyer if you harass me with anymore of these collection letter. Lose my address now. I have read many other complaints from other people saying the same thing.
Thought i ordered eye cream for free trail and was charged, called they and they agreed to cancel any further order; but had to pay $50. For product. So i did and now they are trying to collect 8 months later by this collect pros? Not paying if i can't talk to a person. They never contacted my other then this payment notice of collection.
I recieved a letter in the mail stating that I owed $79.97 and that this was an attempt to close my account. If there was no payment sent within a month, a collection fee of $20 would added toatling $99.95.
I found this to be very odd, and had no memory of agreeing to any type of account that I should have to close or owe money to.
I feel like I'm being scammed, and it is very imtimidating. I am disputing this.
Collect Pros sent me an Urgent Notice . Attempt to Close Your Account, stating that I owe $159.38 for Garcinia Cambogia Supreme and Green Coffee Supreme Cleanse. If I do not pay by 04/27, they have threated to add a collection fee to the amount, thereby increasing the amount due to $179.38. Please investigate the legality of this fraudulent marketing scheme and attempt to collect monies from individuals. I would be happy to discuss a class action law suit against this company.

The Date of Notice was 02/05/2015 with a Payment Due Date of 03/07/2015, a "Collection Fee" of $20.00 to be charged if payment not received by 03/07. I have no clue what this charge is for or who GSCM is trying to make the collection for.
I called the number on the letter (1-818-565-8870) and was greeted by a recording giving me the same information as is on the letter. I called Directory Assistance for GSCM in Carson City, NV and the number given to me was 775-783-1790. This number was not answered after ringing 15 times.
When I pulled GSCM on line, there were several complaints from individuals receiving the exact same letter that I received. I have no intention of paying but would like to know what the most appropriate course of action would be. Any help is appreciated.
I was asked to partisapate in a survey, so I did, and this was the gift that was offered. I paid the S&H of $4.95 and that was all. That is all I had to pay, no more. I get this letter in the mail 4 moinths later saying that I owed 69.95. I was not given the price of $69.95 This is the firist time and this is the first time I've been contacted by the collection agancey. When I called the number provided, I could not get a human person on the phone, it would just hang-up.
