My Daughter wanted a Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream Cake for her Birthday. She requested a Peanut Butter Playground Cake so this is what I purchased. I paid $28.74 for a small cake. The cake was made incorrectly! It had no peanut butter at all inside like the description on their website. This was my first time buying anything from Cold Stone and I will never again because the Manager is Korean and does not speak English and refused to take my call. She told her girl to thell me no refund unless I had at least half if not more of the cake left. I asked for a replacement cake and was refused as well. I asked to speak to the manager directly since I am a first time customer and wanted to plead my case directly with her but was told that she does not speak English and as a result cannot speak to customers. So I guess I was supposed to stop the birthday party and take the cake away from everyone since Cold Stone screwed up the cake! As it was my Daughter was dissapointed because this was not the cake she wanted for her birthday. Instead of Peanut Butter Playground we ended up with a plain chocolate cake! I feel that for $28.74 I should get exactly what I want. and my Daughter should have had the cake that she request for her Birthday. I guess since Cold Stone is as cold as their ice cream I will have to file a claim with Bank of America and have the charge reversed since they refuse to make this right. With all of the Americans out of work you would think that Cold Stone could employ a Manager with fluent English Speaking skills. This was my first experience with Cold Stone and it will definitely be my last since the Manager refused to make things right.
