I am a past customer of these jokers. Bought a brand new 2011 Civic from them 2 years ago. I got it for cost cause I caught them manipulating my credit scores and threatened them with Attorney General. Tried to tell me auto scores are different when I know better cause my late father was in credit for 35 years. Anyway, went there again 2 months ago to maybe trade and buy a 2014 new Civic. They wouldn't give me the interest rate I wanted so I walked. 3 months later (yesterday) I check my credit score and it went down 30 points! I called alk credit reporters and they said Coggin hit me 8 times! This was after they promised me it would be 2 at the most. I called the very rude finance woman today. She tried to give me a run around saying she wasn't there wen it happened, blah, blah, blah. Basically bsing me just to get me off the phone. Said she can'y get it removed even though its their fault and she admitted to it. So now, I have to wait 2 years for the unfair inquiries to fall off. I will never buy from Coggin Honda ever again! I also found out a few years ago they manipulated a credit score of a guy's crippled daughter and did the same thing to them they tried to do to me. That's why I got an 18k Civic right off the showroom floor for 14k. I pushed back and they got scared and didn't like it. Watch these clowns, they've become bad scammers!
