BEWARE: Poorest Customer Service of any company I've ever done business with.
I've been a customer of this supplier of Cafejo Coffee Pods for quite some time, now. However, I will never do business with them again.
I placed a large order with them well over a month ago, and it has yet to be shipped. What really disturbs me is, they charged my Credit Card as soon as my order was placed!
I've sent them three e-mail messages, and two voicemails, just to get an order status. None of these have been answered.
When I did finally get someone on the phone, I was told they had equipment problems, and were expected to have the problem solved within a couple of days. That was over two weeks ago.
I sent a final e-mail, to tell them to cancel my order. I also contacted my Credit Card Company about this, and submitted a dispute. Let's hope I can get my money back!
