Wells Fargo hires this attorney to attempt to file motions to evict me from my home. I been trying to work directly with Wells Fargo mortgage since 2013 only to discuss my situation NOT a solution with at least 4 home preservation specialists, 2 Vice Presidents, several Presidentail Suite executives, and the VA department only to be told by Codilis and Associates that I have 30 days to respond to his foreclosure statements.
I call Mr. Codilis in August to try to discuss my situation only to be told he is not available because he is on vacation. I write him letters and use delivery confirmation only to be ignored and no response from Mr. Codiis.
In late Septmber 2014, I noticed a Summons stuffed in my front door dated September 23rd - A court data set for February 2015 - Funny. I usually don't use my front door since my house is situated in a convenient way for me to use my garage door and sliding glass doors that lead to my deck - I try to reach out to Mr. C again, asking abou this paperwork - So this time I email him, not once but 2 times.
Rather than responding to the summons, I have enough time to prepare since it is slated for Febrary , 2015 - I decided to contact the court house almost on 1 November 2014 -I inform the clerk of court's office that my date is set February , 2015 only to get into a dispute stated Mr. Codilis has you slated for November 20, 2014 - Did you not recieve any information on this ? No.. I ask my lawyer to follow up but instead of going through this hassle, I inform Codilis that I will be there November 20th to deal with his undermining and deceitful practices.
He will not respond to any of my calls or emails - I then talk with Wells Fargo on November 4th, as I received a packed of information in the Mail from the Presidential Suite - I have copies of my letters, Codilis information and letters sent back to Wells Fargo, and other misc. forms that DONT Belong to me!
So as it stands, wells fargo on one hand states they are trying to help me by having a new home preservation specialist and an executive from the presidential suite are trying to help me and then on the other hand, I have codilis filing motions and no one contacting me about hte process.
Adam, you and your firm are a fraud - I think you have learned well to use the 150 page document set forth by Wells Fargo allowing their employees to use this handbook to take away from people before attempting to help! I been at this since Septmber 2013 trying to get Wells Fargo to assist - Only to be passed around and around until the point I stop making payments in March 2014 - Now you try to continue the efforts by submitting motions to the court, trying to prove I am not willing to cooperate but yet , You wont return my calls, letters, but you DO - Send letters to an address in Ohio that I haven't lived at since 1993. Wow, you are an idiot - And you think I am not going to get this inforamation ?
Even Wells Fargo execs tell me you responded and sent correspondence with them - So this confirms you received my emails and letters but you wont address any concerns wiht me - You will file actions with the court hoping to evict me - You know this does not happen over night and I Hope you are prepared for one hell of a fight in the court room - I told you on the phone you are a Pussy - I told you in email you are a coward and a snake - Now you have the plesure of meeting me November 20th as I will show you that your law skills will provide you nothing when I have actual proof since September 2013 that i have done my due dilligence in trying to comply with Wells FArgo and their fraudulent ways.
