Coast to Coast Land ought to have a rating lower than a 1

Gale Jones and Monica at Coast to Coast need to be treated the way they treated their customers. Crooks may be too light a description. Need to be taken to court and hope to see them there. After court, hope to see them escorted to jail.

Here are a few more numbers fit this same scam. From a coast to coast land real estate 18009339239 7275766100 8135987409 Coast to Coast Land 3350 Ulmerton Rd Ste 10 Clearwater, FL 337623313 All calls now go to voicemail. Manuel took 850 of which 800, was to be refunded at sell off property. This came through as a magazine subscription do I might be able to push full fraud on the following. Chamera Bowman and her supposed Supervisor Monica took us for $1798 and when I called Florida AG they said they couldn't help because I wasn't a voter in Florida and the state I'm in they have said they will evaluate the claims and mediate I complained to Monica that I wanted proof of client interest and actions.

They stated interest is a supposed phone call and nothing more. They don't have to provide proof. Three days later Chamera called with additional client interest and then said they needed 1540 more because the client refused to pay for title fees. I declined at that time to pay but asked her to email all offers she agreed but those emails didn't show. Now all phones go straight to voicemail. I cancelled my credit card after reading the company will take withdrawals after complaints are filled. It appears they use one land service which is Landflip.com along with other types of urls owned a Ryan Folk in madison ga . When looking at his webpages vast majority of land being sold is represented by Coast to Coast land. . I'm providing all this detail to both AG offices and Veterans

Prosecute

Take them both to court.

They are scam artist. They rip off people for a living. They operate out of above address and ride around in nicer cars than you or I can ever afford. Call her I provided the number above. Hope this helps.

Coast to Coast Land in Florida - State License Number TC4404 - contacted me to sell my property at Perdido Country Club Estates. I had to send them an up front fee of $850.00 with promise if the property sold a refund of $800.00.

After a couple of months I was contacted and was told they had a buyer for the property. I in turn had to send them $1798.00 for the closing fee. My last contact with them was the first week of August when Chamera Bowman said the closing was set for August 28,2014. Tried to contact them on August 27, 2014 and all I got was a recording saying "All Circuits are Busy". Called all week with same message. Then starting September 4, 2014 the message was "Unavailable from our calling area". I also sent an e-mail and it was undeliverable.

Need to report this company. Coast to Coast Land was to list my property, which is a vacant lot located in central Florida, back in October 2013 with an estimated 90 day sale. They claim to be a for sale by owner service company. In October they collected from me 850 dollars, of which 800 dollars will be refunded to me at the time of sale. They called that a portfolio fee.

Well, they contacted me again in November 2013 and asked for 1598.00 because they have now an international buyer willing to pay $22,000 for my lot and the fee was now 1598.00 to cover title research and closing costs. They contacted me again in March 2014 asking for 1798.00 more because they have another international buyer willing to pay up to $29,000 and that the buyer was not willing to pay closing costs and they had to do a title research, once again( ????).

At this point I am alarmed and convinced of scam and fraudulent practices by this company. To prove my point I asked the sales representative for evidence of buyer' offer, closing costs, closing date, but no evidence was ever given to me!!!

To this date, no sale has been done. After taken from me $1798.00, no refunds of the original 850 dollars or the 1598.00 were ever done by them. Therefore they have taken from me a total of $4246.00 with no sale ever been performed.
