Joe Collado owner and operater of Coast Glass in Redondo Beach is operating with a current contractor's license. He insisted on receiving a large deposit without first giving a written estimate. When told the order would be cancelled, he first refused and when the customer's lawyer got involved, he finally returned the deposit which immediately bounced. He has not responded to many phone calls and may have moved locations or possibly operating under a different company name. Beware!
