Myself and family of 7 were referred to this dentist's office by our insurance company. I have excellent dental insurance that covers 100% of most procedures with no co-pay. After myself and 2 older sons were charged a $5 per person "co-payment" that was later turned into an "OSHA sanitation fee" after confronting them on the no co-payments as part of our plan, they decided to Nickle and dime us for other procedures. They would not perform a basic cleaning on myself of my boys that my insurance covers 100% until they had us do other procedures that cost from $90- $300 first, that insurance wouldn't cover. When I opted to decline these services, I was told they MUST be done or I can not receive future treatment. After some back and forth, I was told to find another dentist.
