I file this complain because I have place an order in mistake and looking for cancel the order and place other one with different color. I call the CSR of couch in around 2 hours after I receive the confirmed odder email. I found I had place the wrong color so I call the csr to cancel the order. They told they cannot cancel the order, only way to getting refund is refuse the shipping.
Do I did what they told refuse the shipping from DHL, and its take up to 1 month to getting the refund. They only refund 1/3 of the price I have be charge of my credit card and told others are the fee for shipping and duty.
My point of view is why I not able to cancel the order before ship out??? Why I need to paid the unnecessary fee for shipping and Duty?? It is 1/3 of the product price. Even they never told will charge on the shipping and duty before the credit card posting the fee is 180 not 120 the stuff I should pay.
its total not fair for a customer file a cancel order process and still need to pay for unnecessary fee, this is the most unhappy online shopping experience company I never had in my pass 5 years.
