Short and sweet. That was the positive feeling after signing up for a travel club membership that would "allow me to vacation with my family all over the world". The membership would save me thousands, it would make the impossible possible for me, it would allow us what was previously not possible. Sounded amazing. Then, the same day as we returned from our week long vacation in Florida I started checking out what I would've been left with if I was a normal traveler without my exclusive membership. I actually found that if you plan your trip, did a little research and preparation that you could save as much or more without being an "exclusive" member. So the very next day after making it back to our cold gloomy home in NY I decided that I don't need to pay thousands and thousands of dollars (just to have the membership) plus the cost of my vacation. I wrote a very professional request for cancelation, included all materials that they gave me in the seminar (aka:scam- which I went to after I was promised a free vacation in Florida for attending) and copies of my deposit transaction. I was contacted by one of their reps offering me a substantial savings that I declined. Now, I am being told they never received a cancelation request, they only contacted me as a courtesy to offer me savings and now that I declined that offer, I will be charged the original agreed amount and will not be allowed to cancel (as they only give you 3 days). Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ATTEND THEIR SEMINAR, IF YOU DO THEN MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SELLING YOU. They are selling you a service of little value. You can save the same money or more if you spend a little time doing your research and planning your vacation. If I am not able to get a refund, I will contact an attorney because paying $1000 for a lawyer will save me over $6000 if I stay with the scam of a membership with Club Newport Celebration!
This is the worst scam to date , 6000 dollars to help me find a deal on internet, not all inclusive , I can’t get refund I didn’t understand what I was paying for, I’m 78, unbelievable... don’t do it
I booked a week stay at this resort through Club Newport (Vacations Owners). On my reservation is stated all inclusive for $853.50. Neither of the companies mentioned on my reservation that I needed to pay more money for may reservation for meals.
When you see all inclusive you figure food is included in your price.
I read on my reservation terms and conditions and in there there is no mentioned of any additional cost.
Beware of all hotels that state all inclusive in Cancun Mexico. Your meals come out to be 4 times the room rental.
They were charging $85.00 dlls per adult per day and $60.00 dlls per day for children 11 and up and $43.00 dlls per day for children.
There were eight people in my party when I received that shocking news that I had to pay $3,997.00 dlls for the whole week for meals to stay at their resort.
Both the hotel and Club Newport to whom I made the reservation washed their hand and refuse to accommodate my family because I refuse to pay this outrages amount.
I found myself frustrated in a country that I don't know where I am, with my autistic son who is also epileptic desperately running around the town on a taxi looking at different hotels who would accommodate my family of eight.
Cancun Hotels were booked and most hotels did not have rooms. If they did they could only sleep two people and only had 1 room.
Over all to avoid the nightmare, that my family had to go through avoid this hotel and travel agency.
They made it seem like you was buying this great vacation package and it was going to help you pay for your hotels and your vactions they said for the presidential plan it would cost me 3,995.00 and when they print it up they added another thousand on so its supose to cost me 4,995.00 instead and come to find out you just paying so they can find you discounts on hotels and airfare what? a rip off because i cant get my money back for something they not really helping me with they just stealing my money. for nothing.

Amazing Program
I accidentally put my member login website into the Google search instead of the search bar and am baffled to say the least.
We love our membership and it has already paid for itself. I am not one to write reviews although I must say.
THANKS CLUB NEWPORT
You guys keep up the good work!
