Cloud Pro Hosting is just like any other web hosting. It cost a lot more for something GoDaddy would provide for you for a cheaper price. Now! I tried Cloud Pro and even cancelled it that same day because I already work with numerous hostings. I just wanted to see what the hype was about. I've read a lot of scam report on this company and I like to experience things first hand before I can pass judgment. This is the first time I wish I would listen to all the warning signs.
$87.90 should have been refunded back to me automatically as promised but I had to contact them a month later to ask. Nice lady respond with, "please be patient. there is a refunding coming your way." After that response, I thought, "hey! They're pretty legit after all if they are willing to give me back my refund." WRONG! It has been exactly 2 months and some change now and I still have not received ANY refund back. I have nothing bad to say about the actual program that they provide. It may work for some people but some might not, so you can try at your own risk but whatever you do, do not cancel because it seems like they will never give you your money back. I've sent out 3 emails after the response and NOTHING! They just ignored me, so I have resorted to contacting the BBB along with ecommerce about the way they handle their business. because I do not like the way they handle their refund policy. It is a joke. Why do I have to chase an honest company for MY money back?
I was looking for a Domain name. I had just started a home business and wanted to bring traffic to my health and wellness site and another site. I received a referral from a contact on Linkedin and they gave me these folks---but when they send their link to order it was linked I found out later to CLICKBANK and Cyprus of all places not in the USA.
The address there is: 11 Timis 3rd Floor, Latsia, Nicosia P.C. Cyprus, 2220 usng the name: OPTIMAL HOSTING/Cloud PRO HOSTING and associated with CLICKBANK and Mudlak Investments with the number on the website 1-800-825-1526 using the website cloudprohosting.com
I never would have ordered if I would have known it was associated with people outside USA, but you didn't know till later--I immediately called my credit card and mentioned that I had been scammed--and they will issue me another card but I lost a total of $136.00 for hosting and domain for 6 months as they state!
I noticed someone else filed a complaint against them as well---so I pray that they find them or stop them---a lot of folks are on the internet nowadays and will get caught into the same mess!
Scam Warning!!! Do not be fooled by their slick sales page. This fraudulent company, Optimal Hosting, Ltd, a.k.a. Cloud Pro Hosting, claims to offer customers a "moneymaking" website and immediate profits to the tune of thousands of dollars each month, but is merely selling web hosting and SEO services which they do not validate. They also demand customers' Clickbank IDs and passwords in order to "monetize" the website.
After taking over a week to "build" this amazing website, they produced a static, cookie-cutter, one-page website with very tacky graphics and ads which no one in their right minds would find attractive enough to click on. I was very disappointed to find out they had delivered the product AFTER the refund period was over, so they used that loophole to refuse to refund my hard-earned money. Of course, all of this was stated in fine print to smokescreen their intentions to scam me.
Although I attempted to cancel, this company charged my debit card hundreds of dollars and I discovered they had my payment information locked up so that I could not change my payment method or cancel from within the system. Therefore, I was forced to cancel my debit card in order to keep them from billing me over and over.
Whatever you do, please do not do business with this company. They are based in the Ukraine, and it is very hard to enforce the U.S. buyer's remorse rights to cancel. I hope I have prevented you from being scammed by Cloud Pro Hosting (Optimal Hosting, LTD)
