As for your videos not playing; I suggest that you ensure that you're looking at the VIDEO FORMAT listed in the description of each clip, to make sure that the format is compatible with your device. For example, a .mov won't play on a phone or tablet as it uses quicktime. But it may display great HD on your computer.
Due to the nature of downloads, refunds are never given, and this is stated in their policy. As content producers, we deal with a lot of fraudulent cases, and also a lot of piracy. Thus, no refunds.
It's a lot of fun doing what we do, but it's also a lot of hard work to collect that small paycheque. Often, studios are just that girl girl that you see in the videos of her store, plus sometimes extra actors or someone to hold the camera. We're not perfect and some stores forget to add contact information and other customer care related details, because they're small, indie, and not a large business.

They say they are not responsible for what and how clips are, and we cannot email or call studios of a problem with a clip. I just spent 20.98 on clips that did not play what the title said, and clips4sale which takes 40% of all sale of clips tells me they are not responsible for the content. I have bought clips from them that don't play, even ones from studios that I have bought many others from and have worked fine, but when I buy one that don't play, they say it's my computer. Nobody can review clips or studios, so you buy a bad one, or on a fetish and it's something else or not real, we can only complain to clips4sale, and they will say the clip plays fine for them, and sorry because of thier no refund policy. STAY AWAY FROM CLIPS4SALE, they are rip offs and once you give them money, you will never get refunded for any reason.

I get the fact you can't give out refunds but if you put up content that doesn't work how do you expect repeat business?
Once bitten, twice shy. Shame as I bought regularly there.
PS. I tested the faulty video on 4 different O/S inc Windows Media Player as suggested plus tried to get the missing codec.

Credit Card Issues After a Purchase
Only bought from the site twice & both times my two different credit card details were used fraudulently afterwards.
It could be just a coincidence but it has happened.
