I used this company to install a window that cost me $838.00 here in Tucson AZ on 2008. Ever since the installation the window was leaking, I called the installer and he kept saying that it was not his fault. I tried to fix it to no avail. Around Sept 2014, I tried to call Clearchoice to get a warranty on the window because I was selling it. The phone number took me to a car dealer in Indiana. The local instaler went out of business, so no help there. I called other dealers in CA and CO and they directed me to some lady related to Clearchoice over the internet (no phone#). I sent email, after email to the corporate office and they kept saying that they will look into it. They even directed me to the window manufacturer and have him look at the window. The window has a 50 yr warranty. I had the window inspected by somebody else and we found that the instalation was extremely poor and defective. I tried to get Clearchoice to send somebody to inspect it but they kept giving me stupid answers totally unrelated to my questions. It will also take days before they would answer me. They even ignored my requests for a good phone number.
I finally paid to have the window repaired and as of today, Clearchoice is to respond to my last question. This was a very nerve wrecking experience. I found out that Clearchoice went bankrupt around 2010 and was adopted by Window Depot USA, which has the same problems with their phone and comunications.
I would never recomend either one of these companies as it will be a big problem to try to get a hold of them. Clearchoice is a ghost company. they have distributors in different states;however, I would go with a local reputable company to make sure you have someone to reach to if you have issues. DO NOT BUY from CLEARCHOICE WINDOWS USA or WINDOW DEPOT USA. Buyer beware.
