I bought a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from City Motors in late November and have had nothing but problems with it since I drove it off the lot. I drove all the way from Raleigh, NC to purchase this Jeep and it was a major mistake. So far, I have spent over $2,000 in repairs on it and it still needs more work. When I let City Motors know about my issues they said that the car was sold as is and that it was my problem. After numerous emails and a phone call, City Motors offered to buy the Jeep back.
When I let them know how much time and money I had invested into the Jeep just to get it safe to drive City Motors was no longer interested in buying it back. So, I'm stuck with a Jeep that is in the shop just about every other week for something new. City Motors offers aggressive pricing, but there is no way that I would ever deal with them again. Pay a little bit more, unless you are a mechanic and are willing to put a lot of time into repairing a vehicle.
