STAY AWAY from Fransico Rojas and is fraud of a company Cisco Credit Services he's a liar who promises the moon but doesn't deliver anything in return!
First of all everything he does is shady! He pretends to be apart of a company with multiple employee's and an "accounting department" but he's really a one man company. And there isn't anything wrong with being a one man operation there is something wrong with lying about it. I wonder why he bothers.
He offers several services at a very high rate- but he didn't deliver on anything. I foolishly assumed because his rates were so much higher than average that his service would be superior. Well I was very wrong.
He quoted me credit repair for a few thousand dollars with a 45 day turn around and after hearing his fast-talking pitch I figured it was worth a try. Plus his contract clearly states he has a "Money Back Guarantee".
Well, it was only a few days later when I realized he was just too shady to take the risk. He immediately contacted all my old collections accounts and told the reps there he was my spouse (another unneccasary lie!). Then he informed me of some very low settlements he was able to negotiate with each of the 5 (all offers were amazingingly less than 50%). Excited, I called to pay the settlements and EVERY one of the creditors told me the actual quotes were MUCH higher!!! Not only were the settlements higher (the same amount they would have given me had I called and asked myself) But they would NOT be removing the paid settlments from my credit report like fransico claimed!!!!!!!! Confused, I called Fransisco back and he told me the agents on the phone never know what they are talking about. He said his company has a contract with the collection agency and the managers are who they negotiate with. He said the managers authorize him settlements way below what the reps can do. So I called a few creditors back and spoke with Managers.....NONE of them every heard of Fransisco or his company, all confirmed that my husband had called in not Franscisco or some agency, and all confirmed that paying the amounts he quoted me wiould NOT resolve the accounts. So I decided NOT to make the payment to Franscico!
I negotiated with my own creditors to pay the full balances I owed in exchange for deletion of the debt from my report. 2 of the 5 accounts agreed. I paid the 2 accounts off.
Franscico started calling me about a week later demanding payment and threatening to "close my account" through his imaginary "accounting department". I explained I would not be interestd doing business with him afterall and that I ended up paying my accounts in full in exchange for deletion from my credit report. He ended the call saying he'd let "the accounting department" know. What a joke!
Then a week after that he pops up again! Emailing me the following:
your file has been cancelled as of 6/2/xxxx 3 weeks from contract date, in order to close out your file and determine our fees from $1,980.00, we would need the following:
1) all correspondence received from all creditors listed on contract
2) we will be running a individual report from :( trans union, Equifax, Experian)
please note: failure to provided documents will only allow our accounting department to run a full tri-merged report and bill you for accounts deleted & a 25% processing fee as stated on contract.

I contacted me bank and forwarned them of who is company is. They have notated that any drafts from them would be unauthorized and fraudulent!
This guy is the sleazy salesman type. Stay away! Stay very far away!
I replied to his email informing him that he does NOT have my permission to run my credit ever! But I intend to pay an attorney to send me a formal cease and desist letter as well.
He didn't do 1 single thing to improve my credit! Therefore I'll be damned if I ever pay him a single dollar!
Find someone else to repair your credit. Franscisco Rojas is NOT worth your time.
