This guy has an instagram account that he uses to lure people in to buy wheels, tires and car parts. He successfully duped me into using Google Wallet to complete the transaction and thus far, I have not been able to get a refund.
After lots of persuading and days of back and forth, he will get you to pay him via google wallet and he will not respond once he has your money! It has been over a month of trying to get him to respond or refund my money and he has gone silent.
