Received a response in the morning requesting for a phone number. After emailing my phone number, later that day I received a text message initiating proposal for 2 weekend 1 Coachella tickets in exchange for $800. I told him I wanted to meet up to do the exchange and register the wristbands on site. Mr. Rendonparra mentioned he was in Eureka, Ca and in the military and unable to meet up, so he would send the package. I was emailed proof of purchase and military ID with an email Mr. Rendonparra mentions through text preference to receive payment was moneygram. I belief the address in the screenshot may not be the current address of Mr. Rendonparra.

Mr. Rendonparra was very persistent about the proposal. I had told him I was busy and forwarded him to the friend, Jennifer Lonzame, who was actually purchasing the tickets from him.

Mr. Rendonparra communicates to both Jennifer and I. According to Jennifer, Mr. Rendonparra wanted us to transfer the money through moneygram to his girlfriend because he is very busy with work. Sends both of us a picture of her California ID. Jennifer didn't feel comfortable with the proposal and when I told him we want to pass on it, I received a personal phone call from Mr. Rendonparra at 1634 which lasted for about 40 seconds stating that he is in the military and how he cannot partake in fraud. He also sent a selfie while at work and stated in the phone call "I'm sending you a selfie right now to prove that I am a real." He mentioned that this would have been his 8th year at coachella but his girlfriend got pregnant and they cannot go anymore. He asked what he could do to help us believe he was not trying to scam us. I trusted him and follow through with the exchange and moneygram his girlfriend Stephanie Rodriguez $800 and paid a $11.50 money gram fee at 1716. He told me that once his girlfriend would confirm the money gram he would let us know. NEVER CONFIRMED. Called money gram and confirmed that the money had already been picked up.

Texted Mr. Rendonparra for updates. Also addressed that communication would be very much appreciated. NO REPLY for several hours. I sent him another message stating that if he doesn't reply I would take legal action. He replies and provides reassurance and that he was busy.

Text Mr. Rendonparra "What's the plan? Are you sending out the package today." He replies with a simple yes
Tuesday, 03/02/15
Texted again for any updates on the package. Mr. Rendonparra says no and that he has it ready to go out today and can provide pictures. I decline pictures and declare it unnecessary. I ask that he just provide the tracking number when it is shipped.
