I am a skilled pressure washer and was briefly hired by this company. I have worked with many reputable companies and this is NOT one of them. Their main goal is to rip people off. All jobs "start at $99", but that is before they add the "chemical" charge and any other add-ons they can pull out of thin air. The "special additives" they claim to add simply do not exist. The owner boasts about how his star employee rips customers off. The employees work on commission and get paid based on how well they can scam customers- some houses cost $99, others $65 a side. I am too honest and too proud of my craft to let anyone else be scammed by this company.
I would never do business with Cherry Hill Power Washing or Perfection Sparkle Clean. They advertise specials under both names through Amazon and Groupon and they do not honor their commitments. The last time we placed an order through Groupon their name was Perfection Sparkle Clean and they never showed up and finally cancelled the order. We spotted an ad on Amazon with Cherry Hill Power Washing and placed an order only to realize that the confirmation email was from Perfection Sparkle Clean.
They were scheduled to arrive on Wednesday August 27th and they called to say that their truck broke down so we rescheduled for Friday, August 29th. I took the day off to meet the service tech as they insisted that the owner walk the perimeter of the house. When he commented on the cars in my driveway I knew this service was going to get expensive in a hurry. He immediately determined from first glance that my house was over 3,000 sq. feet and indicated that there would be an extra charge. He further went on to say that the chemicals that they use as part of the package would not remove the green stains on my vinyl siding. He said that he would have to use a more aggressive chemical that would cost more money. He quickly concluded that the additional square footage and the chemical treatment would be an additional charge of $150.00. Now the service charge went from $99.00 to $250.00. I told him to give me the $99.00 service as advertised and no more. He backed his truck up the driveway, started unloading equipment from his truck and appeared to begin however no work was performed. When I went outside later to check on his progress I found the Amazon work order taped to my garage door. He just left. No note, no phone call, nothing. How professional? They are scam artists who never intended to honor the program pricing. The minute I refused to spend another $150.00 they left without notice. I would not encourage anyone to use them unless you are willing to waste a considerable amount of time and money. Hopefully this post will prevent them from cancelling your order or leaving a note on your door!
