I had a terrible experience with this company....from the uncomfortable pauses on the phone while setting up my service call to the final billing, everything was unprofessional. The only good thing was the service tech, he was nice and courteous. When I explained my terrible experience, he helped me work thru the issues. He told me he was a long time employee, but had no room for advancement. I could understand his pain....the salesman that came to my business couldn't keep his finger out of his nose long enough to read the d**n tape measure. He ended up getting a bloody nose and used my dish towel to clean it up.
