Small businesses and individuals beware! I ordered lights, and a Cd Case (they tell you it's a lighting case). When it arrived it seemed to be fine however, after reviewing it was not! I called the company to let them know the issue. The manager said well does it look like we did it or UPS? I don't know. Well, first we don't give refunds. I stated that was not an issue because, I will just order some wires. He said ok! You have to ship the broken stuff back to us. I said okay but, who pays for the shipping. He said, "You will"! Why would I have to pay for defective products that you sent and pay for shipping back to you? He said because that is what we do. For years, we have the consumer pay for their returns in addition pay for a restocking fee.
I am a small business owner and I pride myself on taking care of my clients. I then asked if I could speak to the owner or manager he said sure but sir, they won't help you. He was right! The manager says yes! We will not do anything for you, sorry sir. It has been our policy for 40 years.
If you have a dollar that is not valued to you, this a company that you will not mind ordering from. I explained to the individual that one person represents a 100 and he said yeah well that is okay if no one likes us, bye sir!
