Mr. Chauncey Villeroy has a company called Underline Concepts out of Denver Colorado. I checked out the company, called him, looked up the registration and he explained why it was not registered under his name. The Colorado number forwards to him in California. He was supposedly a very high finance person with ties to a very large Commercial Bank in Beverly Hills (Century City) called "Com***ca Bank". His friend and business partner is Alonzo White of A. S. A. P. Consultant Group, LLC is also part of the big scam, though he apparently has a background in banking.
I have a company, spent nearly a quarter million dollars getting it bonded and SEC registered under the direction of these characters, using the licensed, registered bonding company that they suggested.
Their elaborate scheme is that they can post the bond on "Bl**mb*rg" and their Investment Banking Contact (Loan Officer) has already been briefed, already seen the Bond and Prospectus and that they interested in funding the bond. Chauncey and Alonzo press you for the funds (up to $70,000) for the service of posting the bond.
Insisting on walking in the bank with them and handing the check to the bank is swiftly rebutted because you have to post the Bond publicly BEFORE their friend at the bank (who has already seen all the documents and is waiting) will see you. Their documents stress a full refund if they cannot perform, anyway.
Long story short, we wire the funds, give them time to post the bond as contracted, go meet them in California and the bond compliance officer says, "we never post commercial bonds, never have and never will". We walk in the bank an up to his friend's office and they explain that they don't loan on bonds, only on businesses that are up and running X number of years. Since we can't get posted, we asked for a refund from these smooth talking liars and they said, no refund. It's your fault the bond does not comply. Compliance is the issue.
They lied through the entire process; They are scam artists riding on the back and reputation of big company names that we all can trust. They fully knew what they were doing, stole the money just as cleanly as if they put a gun to my head. They know that the amount is not enough to get the attention of the authorities and even a court case with a win is futile because we can't collect.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these thieves. If I had seen the Rip Off Report about him that was posted last month, I would have saved some money but I searched two months ago . . . of course, now he does not answer my calls.
