I apologize for this being so lengthly but here is the company's information whom refuses to pay us the money that is owed to EAGLE ELECTRIC listed below:
DILIP PRANAV serves bas the Manager and has interests in other corporate entities including BHADIVYA, LLC, CHASE HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, INC. STONEBRIDGE PLANO VENTURES LP, and twenty more corporations. DILIP'S past corporate affiliations include HERITAGE LODGING L.L.C., STERLING TRAVEL, Inc. and five others.
NARENDRA PRANAV was the Manager of GATWICK VENTURES, This company who has numerous associated named business including GATWICK VENTURES aka CHASE HOSPITALITY aka NORTHPOINT CONSTRUCTION.
NOTE: NNP FAMILY SERVES AS MANAGER
What ever happen to the practice of owning and operation one business in one name and supervising it properly?....making the right decisions...and above all honoring your word through the very contract that they created?????

We are EAGLE ELECTRIC, a small Electrical Construction Company located in Arlington, Texas and are owed Money in the sum $8,103.04 dollars (that is not including the week of August 11 thru August 15, 2014). This sum of money is a lot to lose and is not only effecting the owner and his family but the six employees and their children as well.
GATWICK VENTURES or NORTHPOINT CONSTRUCTION was actually hired by the property owner, STONERIDGE PLANO VENTURES and MARRIOTT HOTELS, who I know is going to be shocked by the behavior of their General Contractor since MARRIOTT is supposedly all about family and values.
We have been instructed by an attorney who reviewed the contract to precede in filing a mechanic lien waiver which I initiated on Friday by sending a intent to lien letter to the above involved parties.
Then I found out that he is now breach of contract because he has decided to replaced our company (which would be acceptable except for the manner in which it was done.....also violates the signed contract) Dilip the owner had one of his employees send one of our employees a text message!!!!
If that is not both cowardly and just plain immature behavior on his part I don't know what is? There is a term that is used in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA listen closely DILIP....you reap what you sew...so get ready.
Back to the lien...In Texas there are numerous steps that you have to complete to file a successful mechanical lien waiver. The first step was completed Friday by mailing notification to Dilip Pranav, Gatwick Ventures, Marriott Hotels ( corporate offices Bethesda, Maryland and the regional office located in Plano, Texas).
The next step is filing the actual mechanical lien in the county the job is located in Plano or really Dallas county where the job is located. Then there is the 2 and 3 month notice that trust me you are going to get. It sucks being the "little person" but I guess someone has to be in that role and what better person than me.
All of this non-sense is due to one person DILIP PRANAV, whose actions demonstrates he thinks he can do whatever he wants to do and does not have to answer to anyone!!!! Dilip.....you are in the United States of America and you will be forced to honor 'your word' and the contract that you yourself wrote up!
DILIP since there is no one else in you close circle that will tell you that you are wrong...let me be the one to share that information with you...YOU ARE WRONG!!!!!! Not only have you represented you company in a disgraceful manner you have dragged in the other companies that you own and whom are affiliated with you. You are small in comparison to the company in which your bad behavior is reflective on as well....... MARRIOTT HOTELS Shame on you!!!! YOU GIVE MARRIOTT a bad name!!!!!
So thank You in advance because now I am forced to spend time away from my three and one year old daughters to complete tasks in regards to your utter non-sense like overseeing filing a lien waiver, hiring an attorney to handle the breech of contract issue, making comments on any website that mentions your name or any of your businesses names, making reports on websites such as rip-off dot com, filing a complaint with the labor board....oh by the way....GOOD NEWS!!! when I initially it contacted the Texas Workforce Commission they instructed me that a complaint could not be filed by a sub-contractor but it can.....and will be done.
The most difficult task which has taken three days, was to search for the CEO and board of directors of MARRIOTT HOTEL so that they can be informed of this mess you have created!!!!
By the way I mentioned your name due to the fact you represent yourself as being a member on the board of directors of MARRIOTT HOTELS but so far .....your name has not rang a bell with anyone I spoke to!!!!

In addition, DILIP PRANAV, is refusing to pay for equipment rental which totals another $6,000 dollars.
I need to contact an attorney for the breech of contract issue. I have already sent notice on intent to file a mechanical and will do so this coming Tuesday in Collin County.
