On 9-5-2014 I ordered an enclosed fiberglass motorcycle hauling trailer from the above company. It was to be a CS14. I sent them a check for $6550.00 which they cashed on 9-17-2014. I informed the salesman, David Manning, that I needed the trailer by 12-31-2014. There was nothing said about a problem with delivery. Once the delays started, the owners blamed David and he is now gone.
Once David manning was let go, most of my correspondence was with Dan Hefner and Abilio Santos. As far as I'm concerned, I was stalled from Jan 1, 2015 until about 2-23-15 when I finally ask for my money to be returned.
The response I got was from Dan Hefner, which I have uploaded.
I responded back to him, by email, on 2-25-2015 and ask that he send the check to the FL address I provided.
On 3-25-2015 I had an attorney, in Lake County, send a demand letter to the company, which was completely ignored. They will not take my attempts to contact them by phone and will not return email. I do not have the attorney on retainer. He just did the demand letter. I have a ton of email correspondence. However, I think I have hit the main points
As of 7-14-2015, I have not received the trailer I ordered nor have I received the check refund. I have since found out this company was started in 1975. However, these people bought it in 2004.
I would advise anyone who may be contemplating getting a trailer from this company to do so very cautiously and don't make the stupid mistake I did, in good faith, and send the full purchase price. I had owned a used Chariot trailer that was built before they took over and not knowing about the change of hands, had no reason to not trust them.

The owners and their individual email addresses are to the best of my knowledge: Ken McCleave [email protected], Dan Hefner [email protected] and Abilio Santos [email protected]
