I ordered a brides maid dress months in advance - the company failed to ship in a timely manner that ensured I would receive the dress in time to have it fitted and in time to do so prior to flying from CA to NY for the wedding. If fact, they told me they would be overnighting it. Instead they waited and then sent via USPS and the dress did not arrive until after the wedding date.
I contacted the company prior to the wedding as time got closer to the wedding date , and they assured me they would overnight a second dress since they could not find where the first dress sent was. Again , they promised me they would overnight the dress to me. Once again, they failed to deliver on the promise and instead, sent it via normal USPS, and the dress arrived just a couple days prior to the wedding. This left NO TIME to have it fitted , and no time to do anything to be able to where the dress. The dress purchase was therefore worthless. I only needed the Brides maid dress for the wedding.
Heather, at the company is a foul mouthed, dishonest, screaming , and hostile individual. She only could scream over the phone when i asked for a refund, and attacked me and accussed me of being a liar. Then she said "you could have had the dress fitted in ten minutes" and there are no refunds in the bridal business' (both completely false). The second dress sent did not arrive in time for me to get fitted. Obviously if it had , I would have gotten it fitted and worn the dress to match my friends and the bride. This is a no brainer. Her dishonesty and total lack of any basic understanding - "that a dress is not the only priority a person has with virtually just a few days prior to travel and a wedding is ridiculous.
The company failed to deliver as promised. I was forced her to go buy an additional dress (wedding pics available), and then wear a non matching dress to her best friends wedding.
There is no credibility to your story and that is very clear, and will be very clear to both the banks, and the end user consumers who see the story. I have the postal reciepts , my plane tickets, wedding pics (not wearing the dress that did not fit and arrived too late to have fitted), etc...
It is appalling to me personally , that this company would jerk around a young woman 21 years old, and then keep my money bc they did not bother to deliver in a timely fashion.
Stay away - this company has ZERO credibility and ZERO Customer Service, and failed to deliver as promised, and now is keeping my money. Well news for them. This is the second of many blog posts, BBB reports, other reports , etc... I hope they enjoy keeping my few hundred dollars. I guess that amount of money is worth more than the reputation they are going to have.
Now onto local bridal blogs. All they had to do was simply refund my credit card.
