WHAT LEGAL TERMS ARE ABOUT SHIPING PRODUCT WHICH EACH COUST ABOUTH $90 WITHOUT INVOICE
This company is using fradulent advertising (Dr. Oz's image on free trial page). Terms and conditions are cleverly left abset. There is a tiny link at the very bottom of the page. Very small visual link. Dr. Oz's website was notified of the advertising where Dr. Oz has a section to list fraudlent advertisers. The Attorney General should be notified. Dr. Oz' likeness is why I trusted this wwebsite to pay $4.95 to send a free sample. I would never sign up for anything that just takes money out of my account on a monthly basis. I wanted to try the product on my own and in my own time. But this is not how this company operates.
They are out to get you $89 a clip and have a special telphone prompt for people to cancel their order. It is certainly dishonest/deceptive business practice and not one that Dr. Oz would want to be invloved and not one I would desire to participate. I want to make my decison in my own time and it might take me a few months to even get to the product on a daily basis. This company doesn't seem to care about their product but only to charge people for a product each person needs to decide that they want or do not want. If there are any lawyers out there looking for a class actgion against these people ---- I say "Go!"
