My husband was an electrical contractor hired by Certified of N.Y. back in 2013. The contract we were awarded was about $500,000 and we got paid around $120,000 when we received a phone call from a certain Craig Eisschen asking us if we could accelerate the electrical work.
Mind you, I say asked, but really this Craig person started out yelling an screaming at me. Now we have had a tough time over the last 4 years. My husband had a heart attach and the medical bills were piling up to really a lot of money and we had little business because of my husbands heart attach. We were a three employee company so when this contract came in, we were very happy and hopeful that we were heading the right direction.
When this Craig guy called we did everything we could to help him out. After all, we were trying to get back in the business so we really wanted to please our client.
We bought all the electrical supplies we needed on credit lines from our supplier and finished the job out 6 weeks early.
Our final billing of $263,000 was sent in and WAS NEVER PAID.
We called a lot of times but never got Craig on the phone so we finally talked to a Michael Borrico who is the owner. He told us that he couldn't do anything and that we need to talk to Craig. Remember, he is the guy who doesn’t answer his phone. Michael Borrico is truly a piece of s**t. Wants to be the big shot around town but is a liar and a thief!!!

My husband went over to their office and was refused in. He waited in his car until Craig came out because he wanted to talk him. Finally Craig came out and my husband approached him and tried to talk talk to him. Then Craig became physical and pushed my husband to a wall and told him to NEVER do this again because he would have him killed. Well he managed to do that because a few days after this incident my Erik had another heart attach and died.
I have tried to get our bill paid but that did happen ever. $ 263,000 IS WHAT THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!!!
I went bankrupt, lost my house and business all because of Certified of N.Y.
