Century First Credit Solutions is a very misleading company. Their advertisements give the false impression that you can earn a lot of money. Management can earn a lot of money by paying low wages to the "1099 workers." I worked at this company when they advertised that they paid a salary, commission, and residual. I assumed that I would receive an hourly wage plus commission and residuals.
During the interview, I was informed that I would receive payment for the dialer time. When I began to work for this deceptive company, I learned that the so called salary was actually payment for talk time. This means that if I worked for 40 or more hours, I received a salary for talk time that could be 8 hours to 12 hours for the week.
When I saw my first paycheck for one week of work which was under $350, I was appalled. I wondered how could this company expect me to earn a living if they paid under $350 for one week of work. I was surprised that in 2014 and 2015, Century First thinks it is acceptable to underpay its workers.
Century First is now advertising that they pay high commissions. It is relative what is considered high commission. In my opinion, $100 per deal is not high commission. Also, bonuses of $50 per week are miniscule. Residuals of $10 per account are not considered high in my opinion.
If you are interviewed and hired by this company, I urge you to reconsider. Go to a company that is comfortable in paying you at least $350 per week - minimum wage.
