I purchased a deal for $300 on Living Social that included six laser hair-removal treatments on a medium area (a $250 value each; a $1,500 total value). I choose bikini.
There was absolutely NO RESULT after 6 lazer treatments. Every visit I left a $30 tip for the girl to do my bikini (WHAT A WASTE!), but now I think the lazer was not even turned on, because when I did it in the other salon I felt how it suppose to feel when the laser in on. You feel some mild pain and the hair disappear in a week after the first treatment! If I knew how it work I would've understand that there is no point of going there 6 times.
They never have time available for appointment if you want to reschedule, never call for reminding you about your appointment.
They got the money up front and they DONT CARE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! When I complain to them they didnt offer me anything at all, not a partial refund or an extra free session, all they wrote was "We are sorry that you have had an unpleasant experience with our service."
