I ordered a replacement digitizer screen for an I phone 5C on May 25, 2015. While I was emailed a tracking number. There has been nothing further. I have contacted the Post Office and filed a complaint on them for mail fraud. They took my money but have never sent what I ordered. When you call u get put on hold and never get a live person to talk to just a recording that plays several times. This company needs to be brought to justice and made to pay everyone back plus interest. Karan
I ordered two brand new 60W Macbook Pro chargers from Cellular Gadget on 4/1/2015. I received an email confirming the transaction and they charged my card immediately. They also promised they would send an email when the product shipped. To date no email has been received to indicate shipping status and it has been over two weeks now. Several attempts to reach them by phone have not been successful. The message on their customer service line always indicates an unusual high call volume and they can't take the calls right now. I have left messages for them and have sent emails as well to no avail. I am becoming suspicious that they are just scamming people and ripping people off.
I ordered a laptop charger for my computer from Cellular Gadget on Febuary 9th 2015. There was an upcoming holiday and lots of snow. However, when two weeks passed and I still hadn't recieved anything, I checked my online account and my item was listed as "pending". I emailed them and they sent back a message saything that they would check with the post office to see what the issue was but it would take 24 -48 hours. Nearly two weeks later, when I hadn't heard from them, I sent another message. This time I did not recieve an email back. I called numerous times and could not get ahold of any live person. I left many voicemails detailing my problem. Three more weeks pass and I didn't hear anything. I sent another message demanding a refund. This time I recieved an automated response saything that they would look into the issue and get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. It has been a week since this last email was sent and I haven't been constacted. It has been a total of nearly two months and I still have yet to get any live responses or solutions.
