Similar to another user, I ordered a NEW Sprint Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S4, as was advertised on their website. A tracking number was created, the phone never arrived. After I filed a complaint with their customer service, they sent "another one". I checked the engineering menu, which read it as "new". When I went to use the phone, I found that the home screen button did not work. Instead of filing another complaint, and having to ship the phone back and wait for a new one, I took it to a local repair shop to fix it. When they opened up the phone, they told me the phone was refurbished, and had Verizon parts in it, some of which were not working. Thankfully, the local cell phone repair store replaced the non-working parts and my phone now functions. They informed me that it's very easy to hack the engineering menu and make a refurbished phone appear as new. Classic false advertising and fraud on the part of cellularwings.com. Had I tried to return the phone like the person in the previous report, I may have ended up losing $300. At least I have a function, albeit refurbished phone now.
