My phone had issues with the screen, cracked back panel and battery needed replacement. I wanted to make a decision to buy from the store a different phone or to repair the one I already had, the cost was a big factor in my decision. The clerk said the similar phone would cost me $200 to purchase from their store and to repair it would be $135. I decided on fixing my phone because it was chepaer. I was picking up my fixed phone the following day and decided to check the cell phones for sale on the display. The same iPhone 4S with 8 gigs of memory cost $125! I confronted the clerk and told him that he misrepresented the information the previous day. He said he had no time for arguments with the customers and that his blood pressure was up. I am furious, I think this place is misrepresenting their products and services, maybe involved in some illegal practices and needs to be checked out. The clerk didn't offer any solutions after I told him that I will complain to BBB, in fact he said : "Good luck with that!" There was another customer the day I was dropping my phone off, which walked in after I already paid for the repair of my phone, the customer was inquiring about something and than she sounded very disappointed becuase the clerk told her the same phone she bought from them now was discounted. I may of been not the only one who was lied to.

Be careful with these guys dont work with them, they use reference of radioshack but they are amateurs with no experience, dont let them try and learn on cell phone!!! The guys at the store of astoria on Steinway street pretended to be experts and able to replace my cell phone (samsung note 3) broken screen and find out the day after they are not. they damaged the new one i bought for over 200 dollars. they asked to buy new screen for 280!!! when i asked to give me my cell phone back, they asked for 38 dollars because there was a fine print in the receipts. The personal was very very rude and they even were mocking my english... no respect at all!!! so they forced me to pay 38 dollars and get my cell phone worse than when i brought to the store.
