I ordered baby turkeys on March 29th, 2014 and was told they would ship out the last week of May to first week of June. I never received any type of communication from the hatchery and I never received the turkeys. I attempted to call and email the hatchery on several different occasions and never received any communication back. After two weeks, I contacted Paypal and my bank both to dispute the charge of $145.00 (10 turkeys, 5 guinea keets, and shipping). I received an email the next day from the company and Joe emailed saying I wasn't being patient and they were planning on shipping the birds the very next day. He then emailed asking if I still wanted the birds or not. I responded back asking if he was able to fill the entire order and again, no response. Instead, I received a notice from Paypal that I received a refund of $72.50. In the note, Joe Brezina stated they could have not refunded any of my money as per the terms and conditions I agreed to previously. I printed the terms out and it says they can keep 50% of the cost if you cancel the order.
Very Rude and HORRIBLE customer service. BUYER BEWARE. After reading other reviews about this hatchery, other customers reported similar issues and also a lot of sick or dead chicks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HATCHERY!!!
