First, they are not open until 11PM or available 24 hours a day as their site would have you believe.
I ordered a complete setup for my nephew. They send me an e-mail saying that the deck is not available in the color I want. I agree to another color. Then the next day I get a notification about a partial refund. I call and talk to someone who tells me that there is nothing she can do because another department is handling the order. Several e-mails later I'm told that everything except the deck is being shipped. I explain that this is not what I want and then the e-mails stop. I call again. This time the representative does some "research" and finds that my order has shipped. She claims that there is nothing they can do. She has the nerve to ask me if I would like to receive notice of special offers and if I would like the rest of the skateboard. In the initial part of the call they say something about Champs - I assume this is the parent company. In one of the e-mails I got this number: 715-261-6549, which connected me to the Wausau County courthouse in Wisconsin.
The advertised stock that they don't have and then refused to answer or only give partial answers to my question. Even though I asked for the alternative board, they went ahead with a partial order. I went with the service because they offered to assemble the complete board.
Bottom line: Why would you ask me if I would like a alternative item when you had no intention of giving it to me? And then ship me something that I did not aks for (an incomplet item)?
