My name is William, and I am a formerly hardworking, and dedicated employee with CCA Cleaning Solutions. Some people may know me well from my solid work ethic's and personality. Nevertheless I no longer work for CCA and feel that the public should be aware of the companies poor procedure's and deceiving work practices. First of all Eric Coleman, owner of CCA is a cheat, a liar, and a fake *** Christian (please pardon my heart felt language!) I have trained crew's from Atlanta to Charlotte to Ohio so I know what I'm talking about! CCA uses Mr.Clean Antibacterial (some dollar general or family dollar) household cleaning product, and call's it "Pet Treatment!" He Tell's you that we're administering"Scotchguard" when it's not even in the machine or we use some fake solution and tell you that its "Scitchguard" in our sprayer. Eric prefers to do cash Job's over voucher Job's or Free maintenance jobs. The list goes on and on! I myself rarely knew just how much that I was getting paid, because my pay stubs rarely came with the check's. Also our paychecks rarely came on time! At one point in time our check's were late for a straight two month's! Eric charge's his employees outrageously on thing's that should be solely the responsibility of the company! Little did I know how the legal binding facts in our company contract how it would affect me once I'm no longer a CCA employee! Eric hide's behind a bunch of litigation and red tape attorneys that keeps his company afloat! Somebody PLEASE need to investigate this company, and put it where it belongs! In the trash dumpster!
I am a one-time customer of CCA Cleaning Solutions. I am completely dissatisfied with the work performed. I had two rooms and hall way areas cleaned (a little less than 3 rooms total). Brand new Berber carpeting was installed in all rooms in June of 2014. The sofa was purchased in July 2014.
Room number one is used as a bedroom and was mildly soiled with 4 stains (1” to 1 1/2” diameter) that needed spot cleaning. Post - Cleaning: The room appears as though it had not been cleaned at all, except one of the spots is slightly lighter.
Room number two was being set up as a den and had very limited use. The carpeting appeared cleaned throughout, with no stains. The reason for including this room in the cleaning is that there was dog hair in the room and sofa from a visiting friend’s long haired dog over two months ago. Prior to carpet cleaning there was no smell, no smudges, and no stains on the carpet in Room number two.
After the carpet cleaning service several moderately large darkened stains now appear on the carpet. Worst yet, the room suddenly smells strongly of pet odor and pee! Are the strong offensive odors a result of CCA Cleaning Solutions’ carpet cleaning service? I don’t know for sure. What I can honestly and verifiably say is that, the room had no pet or other strong odor before the cleaning service. CCA Cleaning Solutions did try to upscale me to purchase some type of carpet refresher ($35.00). I would have taken it just to kill the smell but they would not accept credit cards on site.
Upholstery cleaning of sofa appeared fair. There is a small scratch on the material of one pillow that I did not notice until a day after cleaning. Also, CCA Cleaning Solutions charged me an additional $10.50 “site” (?) fee which I did not understand. Fortunately I only had $9.50 cash on me.
We purchased two groupons for carpet clean from CCA Cleaning Solutions. When the servicemen arrived they informed me it would be an exctra 45 dollars to do the job, the cost of the groupon was 36 dollars. This was more then the orriginal priuce of the cleaning. I told him that they had been paid to clkean three/3 rooms and that was what i expected. He again stated that I needed to pay them an additional 45 dollars to clean the carpets. I told them I would not pay extra to which he stated there was nothing he could so then. At which point I asked him to leave. The apartment was empty and had no impediments to them getting the job done. After which I contacted the owner how stated that to do the job I would need to pay an extra 45 dollars. I said I wouldnt pay more for somthing I already paid for and he stated that he couldnt help me anymore.
I did not heed warning from the reports I saw online, deeming to give this company a chance, but unfortunately they lived up to their reputation of cancelling last minute. Gave me a "tall story" as to why they couldn't make it and would have to reschedule. Simply put, DO NOT USE this company for cleaning services. I had moved all of my furniture and was ready for them the morning they were supposed to come but hence they didn't show up. And although it gave my husband and I a free workout from moving all the furniture, I was not grateful that they didn't keep up their end of the bargain. Time is valuable and its a shame this company obviously isn't respectful of peoples time and is completely unprofessional. I would say that if they can't be bothered to keep their appointments that they standards of cleaning are probably pretty crap also. JUST DONT DO IT, find a better company with better reviews.
