In February, we received a call from “Gloria” from Canada Business Pages Online claiming we are due for a renewal of our subscription for Online marketing on google/yahoo and MSN using unique key words so our business can be easily located through a search engine. I said we had no dealings with this business until the day I received that call.
I never thought anything else until Sept 22 when “Natasha” called. She mentioned it was noted on our account to not be re-instated and I said that is correct. She wanted to know why and I told her why. She then told me that there will be another charge of $594.99 as it does come into another year. I said well we just paid $594.99 in March and my understanding it was a year or two. She said that was for 2012. I said really. I asked if there was a way she could send me stats to prove this service is working and she said yes. She can e-mail it to me before the end of the day.
I ran a google, yahoo and MSN search using unique key words such as HVAC, Air conditioning, Air conditioning repair, prefab coolers, walk-ins, etc and could not find Dan Spence Refrigeration Ltd on the first pages of either search engine. Running certain key words would give me Dan Spence Refrigeration Ltd on CBPO.ca.
