False advertisement I spent 24,000.00$ on a relay 16 premium spa you can check in their manual online which they still advertise a topside radio control panel being a disabled veteran I read this in the book when ordering this it is on page 35 in the manual
This was a major feature for me being that I would not have to get out of the spa to adjust the volume or change the channel
Guess what? No topside control & I have been going back in forth since Dec.2014 and all they said is they discontinued this feature since 2009 so why is it still being advertised in their manual on line
Then they had the nerve to tell me to use my phones Bluetooth to connect to the radio i didnt buy a24,000.00$ spa to bring my iPhone which is not waterproof into the spa let alone know how to operate it!
What a rip off this is the way they treat a retired NYPD Officer and a disabled Vet!! They also stated that's why people don't like cops because of cops like you! because I was a little to vocal complaining to him from the crap they were trying to feed me I couldn't believe that's the way their management talks to their customers that spend that much money and not do the right thing
