Received two missed No Caller ID calls on my mobile phone. While I'm checking my phone for who was calling a third No Caller ID call comes in and I answered. The person on the other end sounded foreign. Asked me if I knew a relative. Upon responding yes, they said this relative was my sibiling (Which they are not) and then said this relative listed me as their primary contact. They then asked me if I was a primary for my relative. I said yes and they proceeded to give me phone number 813-713-8781 and the name Carl Peterson. They asked me to have my relative contact them at their number. I asked what it was regarding and for which company since I am listed as the primary. They told me my relative had legal action against them that was going to court for money they owed. I asked which company they owed money too and they told me Cash Advanced USA, but did not give me more details about the money owed. I spoke with my relative and they have not taken any payday - check cashing loans ever. I called the number listed. (i would advise not to return the call because it may charge you if you do) The number was listed as Magic Jack number and the person was not available. My relative called the number and was told they had taken out a $500 loan in December 2012 that has not been paid. My relative told the caller was a scam and to take to court for the money. They caller had all of my information and my relative's information regarding physical address and employment.
