I bought a used car at Cartrust from Raymond Rodriguez on Tuesday the 12 th of November. When I drove the car home that night, the car was getting hot. Knowing that the car was used I expected a few things go wrong maybe a hose or something. The following morning my husband added radiator fluid, he thought it was low. I drove it that afternoon wednesday. Again, It was getting hot. So my husband thought it would be the thermostat. So he changed that. Friday I drove it again. Again it got hot, so I took it to the mechanic. The mechanic said that the car had a blown head gasket and that the problem would cost $2500 to fix. So I called Raymond, who did not return my phone calls. I went to the delaership on Monday. Spoke with Raymond who said that he would have to speak with the bank, because the car was owned by the bank. He said he would call me. He never called me. So I went to the dealership again. Raymond said that there was nothing he could do, that his hands were tied. That the job would not cost $2500, he said it would cost $600. He said that"it is what it is" and there was nothing to do. The guy is a liar and a thief. He only wanted cash for the transaction. He said that way uncle sam would not get envolved.
